Sortter’s new lenders

Sortter has added new lenders to its Finnish website. Two of the latest added lenders are Bank Norwegian and Ferratum. They both started their partnership with Sortter in the spring of 2022.

Bank Norwegian is a digital bank that was founded in Norway in 2007. Originally it was part of the Norwegian Air Shuttle loyalty program, Norwegian Reward. But very soon they got a banking license and launched their bank services in Norway.

Bank Norwegian has over 1,7 million customers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and Spain. They offer credit cards, unsecured loans, savings accounts and insurances. Bank Norwegian’s objective is to offer user friendly and standardized loan and saving products online. Bank Norwegian became one of Sortter’s lenders in April 2022.

Ferratum is a provider of financial services, and they are a part of Ferratum Group. Ferratum was founded in Finland in 2005. They offer loans of 2 000 – 30 000 euros. It is also possible to combine previous loans with their service. Ferratum has over 2 million customers in 25 countries. Their objective is to make everyday banking matters more exciting and less stressful for their customers. They have a strong input in the digitalization of bank and finance industry. As a matter of fact, Ferratum was the first financial services provider in Europe to lend money through mobile services. Ferratum joined Sortter’s Finnish website as a new lender in April 2022.
